I brought my special needs niece in for a long over due eye exam and new glasses. From the moment we walked in, all three of the ladies in the front (juggling various hats/responsibilities) were so king and insurance knowledgeable to Dr Lutz. Patient, kind, caring…she said when we left she felt safe and that everyone listened. That is high praise from her. She selected two frames and she is excited for them to come in.
